Dr. Reginald Spears
Dr. Reginald Spears was born and raised on the south side of Chicago. Dr. Spears found his passion for medicine while serving in the United States Army. After an honorable discharge he attended Roosevelt University in Chicago. Dr. Spears attended and graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 1993. He is now operating his own private practice in Long Grove, Illinois. Dr. Spears spends his free time golfing, working with his brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc., and serving the people of Lake County Illinois.
Jason Robertson
Jason Robertson was raised on the South suburbs of Chicago - against the backdrop of a single-parent household with limited opportunity; he aspired to one-day help communities similar to his own. Hard working and athletic, Jason was drafted directly out of high school as the second pick for the New York Yankees in 1989.
He enjoyed an 8-year career in professional baseball before developing Planned Packaging of Illinois Corporation. A devoted Christian, successful entrepreneur, and proud father, Jason is a strong example of being well rounded and is a firm believer in paying it forward.
When not running his multiple businesses, he can be found either spending time with his wife and 5 kids, golfing, or giving back to his community via church activity.

Floyd E. Palmer
Floyd Palmer is a well-rounded, energetic, family man dedicated to “paying it forward.” Having earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and his Master of Business Administration in Global Management from Phoenix University, Phoenix, AZ, he’s been focused on finding innovative ways to create inclusive opportunities for young adults to excel scholastically.
Floyd's passion for people and desire to help stemmed from some unrestrained teenage years. With nothing but a small voice and vivid personality to lead him forward, Palmer enlisted in the United States Navy and served for 22 years before retiring as Senior Chief Petty Officer, Senior Enlisted Engineer. His forward thinking mentality proved vital as he earned his Lean Six Sigma Certificate from Villanova University ultimately adding to his arsenal of successful, financial business strategies.
As a man of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc., and Currently as the Filling, Packaging and Maintenance Manager for a100+ million dollar Packing and Processing Company, Palmer has always remained humble while trying to pass his experiences and knowledge on.

Cordonsal H. Kelley - "DeeKay"
After 15 years, DeeKay retired from CDW as a Senior Sales Account Manager in January, 2013. Prior to CDW, he was an established manager at Sax Fifth Avenue. For over 23 years, DeeKay did capacity planning for computer hardware & software for the Allstate Insurance Company and has worked as a computer operator and a account manager for Montgomery Ward & Company.
DeeKay was born and raised on the south side of Chicago where he attended Hyde Park High School and South East College. Due to the street violence that plagued the city throughout his teens, he knew that he didn't want his family to be exposed to the same environment. Therefore in 1978, he moved to the N/W suburbs where he and his wife raised their three children.
Although his hectic schedule in the Computer Technology Industry consumed most of his time during his young adult years, Deekay's enthusiasm and whole-hearted approach to impacting the lives of those around him is nothing short of special.

Kyle E. Palmer
Kyle Palmer is a dynamic young man with a desire to reach and teach those around him. With a degree in Communication and concentration in Mass Media / Journalism, Palmer has saturated himself in his field and is earnest in his intention to help others. Believing that knowledge cannot be gained through classwork alone Palmer has advanced himself through the real life application of his degree.
Whether working with the University of Illinois Marketing Department to revamp the image and promote the university or performing analysis of marketing and sales data for Be Iconic Chicago, Palmer has a firm grasp of his field and relentless dedication to his craft - always looking to expand his knowledge.
Understanding that he is the product of the strong men and women around him, the belief and effort of his parents, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc., and his own unwavering commitment to his future, Palmer seeks to instill the same core values of brotherhood, scholarship, and service in his fellow man.

Bruce A. Brown
Upon graduating from North Chicago high school and Illinois State University Bruce Brown committed himself to a standard of professional excellence and has not looked back since. Graduating with a specialization in visual communication and business advertising, he went on to begin a 32-year span with Allstate Insurance Company. During his time he held numerous leadership positions as he pushed himself through the corporate ranks.
From advertising artist to senior division manager/engagement specialist. Without intent, Brown unknowingly caught the eye and acknowledgement of those around him and has earned a variety of awards for his work and contribution to his field.
Outside of his professional success with Allstate, Brown has a personal commitment to the arts. With his passion for visual artwork he became the president of Brown Art Studio where he coordinates high-end art gallery exhibits and charity events/donations. Additionally, he currently serves on several boards for non-profit organizations.

A Personal Touch
The Cornerstone Educational Foundation (CEF) serves and supports economically depressed communities throughout the greater Lake and Cook county areas in the State of Illinois. Scholarships and mentoring are provided to enhance the success of their futures.
Having already awarded over 4,000 dollars in scholarship funds, Cornerstone Educational Foundation is dedicated to providing support that will enable, encourage, and empower young adults to reach their full potential in society through scholarships, mentoring, and training.

Bruce D. Hunter
Bruce D. Hunter is a practicing attorney with experience in criminal defense, estate planning, probate litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, and legislative affairs (lobbying). Bruce has handled hundreds of client matters and is recognized as a community leader who has run for Omaha City Council and who was recently selected for induction into his high school hall of fame (Vikings of Distinction) for his role in political and community activism.
In 2014, Bruce relocated to the Chicagoland area with a vision for establishing the Law Offices of Bruce D. Hunter. PC, LLO as a premier boutique law firm that would specialize in providing estate planning, probate, and business transactional services for his clients.
In October 2013, Bruce also founded an organization in an effort to promote the inclusion of minorities in the grassroots political process as candidates for local and state elected offices. Bruce continues to represent individuals and family-owned businesses in transactional matters related to real estate, farming, and timber sales; estate planning; business succession planning; tax planning; probate litigation; and when required, criminal matters.
Though Bruce’s clients may vary, his motto remains intact: EXCELLENCE IS THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE STANDARD.
As Bruce continues to grow as an energetic attorney, entrepreneur, and top adviser to tomorrow’s political leadership, he remains vigilant in his efforts to establish himself as the “go-to” legal counsel/advisor to business owners, non-for-profits, and community leaders across the country.
